We are a family farm located south of San Antonio, Texas. Our poultry are ethically raised outdoors on actual pasture, exercising their instinctive behavior – the way nature intended and unadulterated with chemicals. And we supplement with local non-soy, non-GMO feed. We process and package ourselves, vacuum sealing and freezing to preserve quality and taste. As a result, our customers enjoy clean, healthy and delicious poultry meat.

A truly healthy alternative to conventionally-raised and skeptically-marketed food, our nutritious chicken is hand-raised using sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. No antibiotics, vaccines or disinfecting protocols are used because they’re not needed as would be required inside a mass-production operation. 

Growing poultry outdoors on actual pasture returns the balance of production, nutrition and welfare. University research and research conducted by the American Pastured Poultry Producers Association has found pastured poultry to be more nutrient dense compared to non-pastured chicken and eggs, specifically in terms of higher levels of omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins, A and E. Our regenerative agriculture practices also feed natural nutrients to soil, sequester carbon, and increase water retention.
